1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation, placing an order, or using any services offered by Limoncello Fine Dining Restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are accepted via our website, phone, or authorized third-party platforms. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to cancel within this window or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to release a reserved table after 45 minutes if the party has not arrived.
3. Dining Policies
Limoncello operates a smart-casual to formal dress code and reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not meeting this standard. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless for medical or dietary reasons with prior written approval. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
4. Pricing & Payment
All menu prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Dietary & Allergen Information
While we take great care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with serious allergies must inform staff prior to ordering.
6. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Limoncello, including our name, logo, menu designs, and website content is our exclusive property and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Limoncello is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on our premises. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for that visit.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limoncello operates.
